The cost for a class is an annual fee for the entire season (approximately 30 to 36 class times per season depending on the year). For the convenience of our dance families it is broken down and spread out over 11 monthly installments from August to June. This means that regardless of how many classes are held in a month or if there are holidays, the tuition remains the same for the convenience of our students and their families.

MAX TUITION PROGRAM:

We're thrilled to offer families a budget-friendly option that ensures your monthly regular class tuition never exceeds $300, regardless of how many regular classes a single student takes or how many dancers are in your family.

We believe that every aspiring dancer should have the opportunity to pursue their passion without financial barriers. That's why our $250 Max tuition program is designed to provide maximum value for our students' families. Whether your dancer wants to explore a variety of styles or you have multiple dancers in the family eager to develop their skills, rest assured that your tuition costs for regular classes will be capped at $250 per month.

SPOTLIGHT DANCE COMPANY BILLING:

 

$70 Per Month

Spotlight Dance Company is the audition-only performance group at Center Stage Dance, offering an intensive performance experience for dedicated dancers. Tuition for participation in Spotlight Dance Company is billed separately from regular classes because the price is an all-inclusive fee. This fee covers expenses such as performances, costumes, and entry fees for competitions for all required performances and competition appearances

Tuition for Spotlight Dance Company is billed similarly to regular classes, as an annual fee with 12 monthly installment payments July through June.

​

No discounts or promotions apply to Spotlight Dance Company tuition. This policy ensures sustainability in maintaining the high standards and opportunities offered within this specialized program.

​

For those participating in dances for competitions outside of what is required for the competition season. Those dances will be billed as seasonal all inclusive fees that are broken up over 6 monthly installment payments January-June. Those fees are listed in the Spotlight Competition Packet that is provided prior to competition season.

WITHDRAW:

 

We unfortunately do not pause tuition for any reason. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from classes. Here's how you can smoothly handle that:

​

1. Before the 15th of the Month:

To avoid being charged for the next monthly installment, simply email us at info@centerstagedanceelkhorn.com prior to the 15th of the month. We'll take care of the rest! Please note that we do not pause tuition for any reason.

​

2. Between the beginning of January and the end of June:

The email procedure is the same as before. However, a re-blocking fee of $50 will be applied in all cases of withdrawal during this time frame. This fee is intended to offset the additional effort required by instructors to reconfigure choreography..

​

It’s important to know that dancers withdrawing during this period will not be allowed to re-enroll during the remainder of that season.

​

PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICIES:

 

• Payment for tuition is collected when your student attends their first class of the month, regardless of the payment method chosen. For those enrolled in autopay, payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of every month. If you wish to sign up for autopay, you can conveniently do so through your parent portal or by visiting the front desk where our staff will be happy to assist you.

 

• Before a student can start attending classes, it's essential that a parent or guardian completes the enrollment process. This ensures that we have all the necessary information and permissions in place to provide the best experience for the student. It also helps us to establish clear communication channels with the responsible adult so that they are kept informed about the student's progress, schedules, and any important updates regarding classes.

 

• To maintain confidentiality and ensure proper authorization, we strictly adhere to discussing billing matters only with the parent or guardian of the student listed on the account. This policy helps to safeguard sensitive information and ensures that decisions regarding billing and payments are made by the responsible party. It also provides a secure framework for addressing any billing inquiries or concerns, allowing us to offer efficient and personalized support to our students and their families.

 

• Please note that tuition fees are not subject to proration or adjustment under any circumstances. This policy applies even in the event of class cancellations due to factors such as inclement weather, instructor illness, or holidays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which allows us to maintain consistency and fairness in our tuition structure.

 

• If any student, irrespective of age, is left unattended for more than 15 minutes before or after their scheduled class, they will be subject to a $20 charge for each subsequent 5-minute increment. Charges will be applied at the start of every 5-minute period.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 

At Center Stage Dance, we are dedicated to providing consistent and uninterrupted dance instruction to our students. While we strive to avoid class cancellations whenever possible, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of scheduled classes.

​

In the event that a class must be canceled due to factors such as inclement weather, instructor illness, injury, or other abnormal circumstances, please know that the safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priorities. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, refunds or makeup classes will not be issued for canceled sessions.

​

During periods of inclement weather, Center Stage Dance will primarily follow the guidelines set forth by the Elkhorn School District regarding closures. However, any additional closures determined necessary by Center Stage Dance will be promptly communicated to parents. Updates regarding weather-related closures will be distributed via email, shared on our social media channels, and posted on WOWT Channel 6.
